1. Agreement to Terms

• Monthly Subscription: Billed on a monthly recurring basis

Both subscription types will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the subscription fee.

2.3 Subscription Pricing

Subscription fees are stated at the time of purchase and may be subject to change. We will provide advance notice of any price changes. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.

3. Cancellation Policy

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
• Upon cancellation, you will retain access to membership features until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial months of service
• Your subscription will not renew after the current period ends
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles

3.1 How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

2. Navigate to your membership dashboard
3. Select “Manage Subscription” or “Cancel Membership”
4. Follow the cancellation prompts
5. You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation

4. Refund Policy

4.1 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with UK consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, regardless of subscription type.

4.2 After Cooling-Off Period

No refunds will be provided for partial months of service once the 14-day cooling-off period has expired.

4.3 Requesting a Refund

To request a refund during the cooling-off period, contact us using the details in Section 15 within 14 days of your initial purchase.

5. Payment Terms

By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your subscription.

5.2 Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment again. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled. You are responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution as a result of failed payment attempts.

6. Membership Access and Use
